T&A was founded in 1981 by the original owners Terry and Avis. The original customer base was larger machine houses in the area. T&A was known for running the difficult parts for competitive prices.

By 1991 T&A was in its current location with a new 10,000 square foot building and now supplying automotive tier 1,2 and 3 along with other industries. Some customer's sole sourced all their work to T&A. We used advanced stocking systems to supply 100+ different part numbers to a customer with 2 days notice.

In 2002 the company was purchased by Mark Drouin. The building is now 15,500 square feet and our sales have doubled over the past 3 years.

We no longer consider ourselves a job shop. We are a contract manufacturer with most of our customers entering into long term agreements where we both benefit. T&A helps develop the parts on the engineering and manufacturing side. At times we have increased the performance and value of a part while lowering the overall cost.
