Singleton SCCH 20Salt Spray and Humidity chamber to test anodize to ASTM B117 and other plating also. This has been reviewed and approved for use by the Department of Defense.

Custom Equipment

6-station CNC controlled manufacturing and inspection unit with 100% vision, contour, hole depth and O.D. inspections. Custom built in-house and approved by the Department of Defense for inspection, detection and removal of defective parts. Accuracy of machining portion is .00004 (4 millionths of an inch)

BUILDING DESCRIPTION

T & A is housed in a 15,000+ square foot facility that was completed in 1994, 5,000 square feet added in the spring of 2000. The building is designed exclusively for the manufacture of screw machine products, so that the work can flow from one operation to the next. We can house over 125,000 pounds of raw stock and over 1,000,000 in process pieces.
