T&A continually tries to exceed our customers requirements. We have been ISO 9001:2000 certified since 2001. We use the latest gage techniques to manufacture our products.

On this page you will find the latest copy of our ISO cert. We use DNV as our auditor for one simple reason. They are one the most stringent and consistent auditors. Also you will find a copy of our quarterly quality matrix. We have many quarters that we ship 2,000,000+ million pieces and maintain a zero PPM. That is our goal.

Besides the normal compliment of gages and SPC capabilities any supplier would be expected to have we also build or use:

• Custom functional gages


• Special built gages to test press out forces of assemblies


• Hardness testers for Rockwell A,B &C


• Salt spray equipment to test the required life of anodize and plate


• Custom built AAIE equipment for DoD critical projects. AAIE stands for Automated Acceptance Inspection Equipment. It is a machine built when a requirement requires 100% inspection. We built this to guarantee less than 1 ppm, as of the date this was published we have shipped over 10,000,000 pieces and have not yet produced a critical defect.


• We also use 100% inspection and mistake proofing on our primary machines.
